General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy visited the Ivanovo region

General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region told the head of the region that since the beginning of the year employees of the branch “Ivenergo” have repaired more than 2,000 kilometres of overhead power lines, replaced more than 1,000 power line poles, and repaired 536 package transformer substations and cleared 1,142 hectares of routes along overhead lines from trees and shrubs.

The head of the company also inspected the progress of reconstruction of premises for the future Contact Centre in Ivanovo. It will be located on the territory of the former factory “New Ivanovo Manufactory” - abbreviated as NIM. The factory buildings were built in the middle of the XIX century and are a symbol of the industrial architecture of Ivanov. The creation of the Contact Centre will ensure a high-quality service process for receiving telephone calls from consumers. Information on the state of the power grid complex in 9 regions of the country online will be generated, processed and sent to the Unified Grid Control Centre of the region serving consumers. One of the key effects from the launch of the new facility is a reduction in the response time to consumers’ calls and an increase in the efficiency of eliminating technological violations in the regional electric grid complex.

“The implementation of the project will create 145 new jobs, while mainly young specialists will be hired. Our goal is to reduce customer service time, transfer information from consumers to services more efficiently and thereby improve the quality of customer service,” stressed Igor Makovskiy. General Director instructed to strictly comply with the work schedule for the reconstruction of the future Contact Centre and expressed confidence that the project of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, implemented in the Ivanovo region, will meet all modern requirements and the highest standards of service.

In addition, the head of the company held a meeting with heads of specialized areas of the branch “Ivenergo”, during which he drew their attention to the need to continue consistent work to increase the share of non-tariff revenue, including in terms of organizing value-added services for customers and timely completion of preparations for the autumn-winter period.
