Powers of the committee for reliability

In accordance with the Regulation on the Committee approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of 21.08.2015, Protocol № 195, the main task of the Committee is elaboration and submission of recommendations (opinions) to the Board of Directors on the following directions of activities of Board of Directors:
  • examination of production programs and plans on technical re-equipment, reconstruction, new construction and renovation of power grid facilities, their development and implementation from the point of view of provision of requirements to reliability of operation and technical condition of electric networks;
  • assessment of the completeness and sufficiency of measures by results of investigation of accidents in accordance with the Rules of investigation of the reasons of accidents in power industry (approved. The government of the Russian Federation dated 28.10.2009 № 846), as well as control their execution;
  • examination of the quality of investigation of causes of process failures (accidents);
  • expertise activity in the field of emergency work (preparedness, organization and carrying out of emergency recovery operations at power grid facilities);
  • examination of programs to prevent and reduce the risk of injury to employees and third parties in the electrical Companies as well as monitoring their execution;
  • monitoring and evaluation activities of the technical services of the company in terms of ensuring the reliability of electric networks and operational safety;
  • examination of system of internal technical control in Society;
  • examination of a control system of labor protection in the Society;
  • examination programs of environmental policy implementation;
  • analysis of fire and industrial safety.
