Light and heat in the houses of millions of
people, as well as continuous work of all enterprises of the country – all
these, first of all, depend on the skill and hard work of power engineering
specialists. Now more than 20 thousand employees of JSC «IDGC of Centre and
Volga region» provide reliable power supply in the territory of 9 regions of
Russia. Skill, responsibility and dedicated work of the company personnel
were marked with high branch and government awards on the eve of the
professional holiday of power engineering specialists.
The solemn ceremony of awarding of the best
employees of the power supplier took place in the conference hall of JSC
«IDGC of Centre and Volga region» on the eve of the Power engineering
specialist’s Day - on December 18th. Now about 20 thousand dedicated,
talented and vigorous people are working for the company. The
activities of the executives of JSC «IDGC of Centre and Volga region» was
highly appreciated in the course of the awarding ceremony: the chief executive
officer of the company Evgeny Ushakov was given the Certificate of Honour of
the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region, deputy chief executive officer on
corporate governance Lada Podolskaya was presented with the Certificate of
Honour of the Ministry of municipal services and fuel and energy complex of
the Nizhny Novgorod region, deputy chief executive officer on technical
affairs – chief engineer Sergey Andrus and deputy chief executive officer on
economy and finances Olga Tikhomirova were given the Certificates of Honour
of the Ministry of power engineering of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of power engineering of the Russian
Federation appreciated high competence and experience of the personnel of the
distribution grid company: 12 people were given the Certificates of Honour,
21 people – the Messages of appreciation from the Ministry. Deputy head of
the technical development department of the executive machinery of JSC «IDGC
of Centre and Volga region» Valerie Titov was awarded with the Diploma of
Honour of the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region for contribution to the
development of the regional electrical power system and the Decoration of
Holding IDGC for contribution to the development of sports (for active
participation in Games preparation and holding among the employees of fuel
and energy complex). 30 employees of the company were awarded with the note
of thanks from the chief executive officer of JSC «Holding IDGC», 118
employees were given the Certificates of Honour of JSC «IDGC of Centre and
Volga region», 89 employees received the official messages of appreciation of
the Company.
The employees below were conferred the title
«Honorary power engineering specialist of Fuel and energy complex» for
contribution to power engineering development: engineer of category 1 of
electric modes service of the branch «Vladimirenergo» Lidia Bogdanova,
distribution grid operation electrical engineer, category 5, of PA «Kaluga
power network» of the branch «Kalugaenergo» Sergey Zhazhin, operator of tower
vehicle and auto-hydraulic hoist, category 6, of power transmission lines
service of PA «Skopinsky power network» of the branch «Ryazanenergo» Nicolay
Sashin. The experience and services of 7 the most respected power engineering
specialists that have been working for the branch for years, were appreciated
by granting of the title or honour «Veteran of distribution grid complex».
Several tens employees of the company were also presented with awards of the
executive and legislative authorities of the constituents of the Russian
Federation.
When addressing the company personnel, the chief
executive officer of JSC «IDGC of Centre and Volga region» Evgeny Ushakov
remarked that the power supplier has managed to keep fully its highly skilled
personnel and to meet all the social liabilities in the past twelve months of
2009 notwithstanding the troubles. «In 2010 IDGC of Centre and Volga region
will develop keeping stability, as before, - Evgeny Ushakov emphasized. – The
corporate structure of our company is not expected to suffer serious changes,
and our primary task is still reliable fulfillment of obligations by each
employee of the company for the purpose of secured power supply of the
consumers. And there are no challenges for such the experienced experts as we
are».
